The LNG pump sled consists of a low-temperature submersible pump and pump pool, supporting vacuum pipelines, and remote control valves, which can realize functions such as LNG liquid self pressurized unloading, pump unloading, temperature regulation, pressure regulation, gas filling, and simultaneous unloading and gas filling. If the pump sled experiences a power outage, self pressurization can be used to refuel the vehicle. The pump sled is controlled by a station control system, with stable imported PLC performance. The control touch screen can be installed on site, and the system working status can be monitored at any time during unloading, pressure regulation, temperature regulation and other system adjustment operations. A monitoring screen is set up in the control room for daily management of the pump sled during refueling. At the same time, the specially designed anti pump suction system ensures stable and reliable operation with the highest economy, and can maximize the use of liquid in the storage tank.
